The moment a healthy baby is born in the final episode of “Hospital Playlist 2” evokes optimism, life always goes on.
On the evening of September 16, the last episode aired, reaching an average viewership rating of 14.1% in Korea – the highest since the second season aired. The episode attracted millions of shares and comments on forums and social networks. The story still revolves around the daily activities of five doctors: examination, surgery and relationships with colleagues.
Song Hwa (Jeon Mi Do) confesses to dating Ik Jun (Jo Jung Suk). The two eat together, go camping on the weekend. Seok Hyung’s mother (Kim Dae Myung) knows that her son is dating Min Ha (Ahn Eun Jin). She praised her, saying that she was the one who made Seok Hyung cancel his plan to go to America. Jung Won (Yoo Yeon Seok) and Gyeo Wool (Shin Hyun Bin) plan to study abroad for about a year. Ik Jun’s elderly patient is doing well, finding a job and settling down in Seoul after his encounter with a scammer. The pregnant couple with dyskinesia shed tears to welcome the healthy birth of their daughter.

Hospital Playlist 2 is set in Yulje hospital, revolving around the work, love and private lives of five doctors: Ik Jun – internal medicine, Jung Won – pediatrics, Joon Wan – cardiology, Song Hwa – neurology , Seok Hyung – obstetrician. They have been close friends since school, becoming doctors in the same hospital.
The drama aired from June 17, continuously leading the viewership rate in the same broadcast time frame. Hospital Playlist 2 is also in the top 10 most viewed works of the Netflix online platform.
