“Confidential Assignment 2: International” is scheduled to be released on September 7. It is a follow-up to “Confidential Assignment: International”,” which was released in 2017 and watched by 7.81 million people, and depicts the story of North Korean detectives “Lim Chul Ryeong” and “Kang Jin Tae,” who met again to wipe out global criminal organizations. Following his previous work, Hyun Bin played Lim Cheol Ryeong, and Yoo Hae Jin played Kang Jin Tae. Daniel Henney also joined the film as the U.S. FBI’s Jack. Director Lee Seok Hoon took over the directing of this work. Director Lee made “The Himalayas” in 2015, “Pirates” in 2014, and “Dancing Queen” in 2012. The previous film “Confidential Assignment: International” was made by director Kim Sung Hoon.
